1. Scope. This notice explains how Information Providers, Inc. ("we," "us") collects and uses mobile phone information in connection with scheduling insurance-required property inspections and premium audits and inviting policyholders to complete insurance-required self-surveys.

2. Information we collect and its source. Your insurance carrier provides us with the mobile phone number you supplied to the carrier, so that we can schedule the inspection or audit, or invite you to complete the self-survey, required as a condition of your policy. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire your number from any other source.

3. How we use it. We use your mobile number solely to contact you about scheduling, confirming, and reminding you of your inspection or audit appointment; to invite and remind you to complete a self-survey and send the one-time codes it requires; and for related support. 4. No sharing for marketing. We do not sell or share your mobile information or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We may share it with service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our messaging platform), solely to provide this service.

5. Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Opt out. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.
