1. Program description. Information Providers, Inc. ("Information Providers," "we," "us") sends SMS text messages to insurance policyholders in connection with property inspections, premium audits and self-surveys that their insurance carrier requires as a condition of coverage. Messages are limited to:

• Inspections and audits: appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and related customer support.
• informpics self-surveys: an invitation with a link to download the informpics app, reminders to start or finish the survey, and one-time verification codes.

2. How you enroll (consent).

• Inspections and audits. You provide consent to receive these text messages verbally, during a phone call with an Information Providers representative regarding your carrier-required inspection or audit. We send these text messages only to individuals who have given this affirmative verbal consent.
• informpics self-surveys. Your insurance company provides us with the mobile number you gave them, so that we can complete the property survey your insurance company has requested. Before sending an invitation, we call that number to let you know a text message is coming. If you tell us during that call that you would prefer not to receive texts, we will not send any and will arrange your survey another way. Otherwise, we send the invitation the day after that call, and we send reminders only while your survey is still open. You can stop all messages at any time by replying STOP. One-time codes are sent only when you request one by tapping the button in the app, next to a notice that we will text you a code and that message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages.

3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your appointment scheduling and reminders. For informpics self-surveys, we send one invitation, a small number of reminders (currently no more than three), and one code each time you request one (no more than 5 per hour or 10 per day). Codes expire after 10 minutes. Invitations and reminders are sent only during daytime hours.

4. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send any further text messages unless you opt in again. STOP applies to all of our messages, including appointment messages and informpics invitations, reminders and codes. Because the informpics app needs a code to confirm your phone, we will arrange another way to complete your survey. The keyword must be sent in English, even if your messages are in Spanish or French.

7. Languages. informpics messages are sent in English, Spanish or French, following the language you choose in the app.

8. Privacy. Your mobile information is used solely to provide these services. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We may share it with service providers who help us deliver messages, solely for that purpose. 9. Service availability. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is posted at https://www.informationproviders.com/content/documents/sms_terms_conditions.html, and continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
